* Buf fixes

- Ability Maul's price changed from 0.
- Learning Move ability from the master bug fixed.
- Crashing bug when double click hire button fixed.
- Stackable item sells price of one item bug fixed.

* Game changes

- Minimap is always shown and can be toggled of by pressing F5 button.
- Zoom level can be modified in option menu
  Zoom level can be fixed in option menu (lock scroll)
- Full screen mode available in option menu.
- Damages of lightning skills are increased.
- Minor sound changes.
- Odds of gaining magic item decreased.
- Windows icon added.
